Order Flow EULA

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and Yusuf Bakkour Mustafa and Vvirus information technology EST (“Licensor” or “we” or "us") for the use of Order Flow software. By downloading or installing or copying or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on a single device for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
3. License Scope
This license is granted for [Personal/Commercial/Educational] use. Any other use, including but not limited to distribution, resale, or rental, is prohibited without prior written consent from Licensor.
4. Usage Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software to develop a competing product.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
Rent, lease, lend, borrow, or sub-license the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that could harm the Software, its functionality, or other users.
Use the software to breach the law of your interdiction.
5. Ownership of Software
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Yusuf Bakkour Mustafa.
This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
All title, rights, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Yusuf Bakkout Mustafa.
6. Term and Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this EULA immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
7. Updates and Upgrades
Licensor/owner may provide updates or upgrades to the Software.
Any such updates or upgrades shall be subject to the terms of this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement
8. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software may involve the collection and processing of certain personal data.
9. Disclaimers of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of profitability or fitness for a particular purpose.
While we make a tremendous effort to provide you high-avalability service, we do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.
11. Amendments and Modifications
Licensor reserves the right to amend or modify this EULA at any time. Any such amendments or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Software.
12. Payment and pricing
The default payment currency is US dollar, unless provided an alternative currency.
The Licensor reserves the right to change price of the product without notifying or you, re-licensing your copy will be on the new price.
