To provide and manage your subscription, we collect limited personal information from your organization’s administrators when you register:
- Email Address: Your email is collected for account creation, login, and subscription management.
- Phone Number: We may collect your phone number for essential account verification and support purposes.
2. Data You Add to the Application
The core function of the Madad application is to allow you to manage your community data, including individuals’ information, groups, and distribution details. This data is managed by your organization, not by us. We store this information on your behalf to provide the service. You have complete and exclusive control over this data.
You may also add assistant accounts to aid in distribution operations. These accounts have restricted access and cannot view or edit the data you have provided, ensuring your data remains secure within your organization.
3. Data Control and Deletion
We provide you with the tools to manage your data fully. You can manually delete any data you have entered into the application. Additionally, you can download a full copy of your database at any time in a CSV file format.
While we do not automatically delete data, you are empowered to manually delete it whenever you choose. Data will be fully removed from our system upon the termination of your subscription.
4. Data Use
The limited data we collect (email, phone number) is used to manage your subscription and provide customer support. The data you add to the application is used solely to facilitate your internal distribution and organizational operations.
5. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest revision. By continuing to use the Madad application, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of this policy.
