Introduction
We believe that your notes are your own business. The core principle behind the Neo Note application is to ensure that your data remains entirely private and under your control. This policy outlines how we achieve that. By using the Neo Note application, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The Neo Note application does not connect to any external servers, and we do not collect any personal data, usage information, or notes from your device.
- We do not collect or store your email address, name, or any other identifying information.
- We do not collect any information about your notes, including their content, creation date, or size.
- We do not track your usage of the application.
2. Local Data Storage & Encryption
All notes you create within the Neo Note application are stored exclusively on your device. We use robust, industry-standard encryption to cypher and protect your notes. This means your notes are unreadable by anyone without the correct password. You are in complete control of your data and are solely responsible for its security and backup.
3. Note Export Functionality
Currently, notes are cyphered and cannot be exported from the application. This is a manual process that you must handle yourself. Future updates may introduce new features, such as note export functionality. Any new features will be developed with your privacy as a top priority.
4. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest revision. By continuing to use the Neo Note application, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of this policy. You are responsible for reviewing this policy from time to time to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
